Ramah offers a 1 year or 12 months warranty from the date of purchase or installation, whichever comes first at the manufacturer’s guarantee on manufacturing faults. We reserve the right to either replace or repair the product and it may be necessary to return the goods to us for inspection prior to a replacement product being dispatched. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Fuji Kawa Motors, however, is covered with a 12-year manufacturer guarantee on manufacturing faults from the date of purchase.
Somfy Motors, on the other hand, is covered with a 5-year manufacturer guarantee on manufacturing faults from the date of purchase.

All of the content you see on this Website, including, for example, but not limited to, all of the page headers, images, illustrations, graphics, audio clips, video clips, and text (referred to herein as the “Content”) is the exclusive property of Ramah and/or is subject to trademark, service mark, trade dress, copyright and/or other intellectual property rights or licenses held by Ramah, by one of its affiliates or by third parties who have licensed or assigned their rights, interests and/or materials to Ramah.
Except as noted above, you may not copy, download, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, transmit, transfer or create derivative works from the Content without first obtaining the express written permission of Ramah
However, different resolutions on different monitors and screens can dramatically affect the color you see. This applies to both fabric and wood products. (Please note that due to the variances in a wood’s natural color, grain, etc., we cannot ensure the exact color of stained wood blinds.)
Because they may come from different dye lots, sample colors may also vary slightly from the color of the blinds you receive. To ensure the finished product is manufactured from the same dye lot and matches the color you sampled, we recommend ordering products within 15 days of sampling. And if it’s been a month or more since you received your samples, it’s a good idea to re-order them just to be on the safe side when you’re ready to place your order. If ordering multiple blinds, we strongly recommend that you order all of them at the same time to ensure they are manufactured from the same dye lot and match one another.
Freight Damages/Defective & Damaged Goods/Delivery Of Goods
After receiving your order, we ask that you inspect and report any damage/defection within two days of delivery. Please do not attempt to install your Curtains, Blinds, Shades or Accordion Doors that have been damaged during delivery, as this will void the Warranty Policy.
If Ramah is not notified within this period, we cannot be held responsible for the damaged item or replacement costs.
Please take a photo of the damaged goods and send them to email@example.com with a description of the damaged areas.
If the box is visibly damaged upon receipt, please refuse delivery and the box will be returned to Ramah. Please notify us immediately so that we can file a claim with the carrier.
Once Ramah receives the damaged goods, we will immediately repair or re-manufacture your blinds.
All of our products are custom manufactured based on customer’s measurements and needs. Therefore, order cancellation is not applicable once an order is placed.
Credit And Debit Card Issues
All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation by the issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment, Ramah will cancel your order and contact you for an alternative method of payment. We cannot be held responsible if this should result in a delay in dispatching your goods/products.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, Ramah shall have the right, at Ramah’s sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that Product. In the event that a Product is mispriced, Ramah may, at Rama discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation
Certain orders may constitute improper use of the Website and its Services. Ramah reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Your Account may also be restricted or terminated for any reason, at Ramah sole discretion.
You can choose to have your item(s) delivered to your home. The shipping charges are charged based on your total order. If your order is made up of a mixture of small/medium-sized items you will incur a ‘Standard Delivery’ charge but if you include large items, your shipping charge will be higher.
Please note that while we aim to deliver within the timeframe we set. If the delivery address is in a remote location or you have ordered larger item(s), your delivery may take a little longer to arrive.
Ramah is not responsible for any shipping delays of your ordered and purchased Product/s. Ramah is also not responsible for the lost or missing Product/s or the incorrect delivery of the Product/s to you, which is due to your fault or due to inaccurate, false or incomplete information provided by you.
Items Requiring Signatures
A signature may sometimes be required at delivery. By placing an order you are authorizing us to accept signature from another person at the same address on your behalf if you are not present at the time of delivery.
You agree to pay the full amount payable for the Product as indicated during the order process, including any shipping costs or charges incurred with that order. All prices are displayed in respective region currencies.

Ramah will use reasonable endeavors to provide you with attractive prices on the Website as well as in its stores, however, sometimes the price online will not match the price in a store.
Never measure your old blinds or shades and use them as measurements for your new ones. Always measure each individual window. (Even if they look like they’re the same size, trust us. They’re not.)
Your choice of mounting options (inside or outside mount) affects how your custom treatment will fit in or over your window. Before measuring your windows, be sure to check the listed specifications on each product page for your product’s minimum/maximum width, height and depth requirements to ensure you’re measuring for the proper mount type.
Ramah is not responsible for any measurement faults that occurred by the customer. Therefore, always double-check with our support team before placing an order if you are unsure about the measurements.
